Supported Birth of Arizona offers the following Returns Policy:
Most items are able to be returned or exchanged, as long as they are not opened or custom orders. Please call (623) 547-0980 or send an email to info@supportedbirthaz.com to receive confirmation for return or exchange. You are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Items must be returned in a timely manner.
In the case of manufacture defect, shipping and handling charges may be waived.
Birth Kits are NOT returnable. This is because each and every birth kit is made to order with love, respect and care. Birth Kit items are used in a very intimate setting at a special time in a family's life. In the case of a product within the birth kit beind defected, broken, or sterile items that were open prior to arrival, we will exchange those items.
If you do not use your birth kit, or items in your birth kit, we would be happy to help you resell your birth kit on our Used Items page for a small fee of 10% of the sale price. You may also ask your midwife to purchase your birth kit or items at a discounted price.
Please remember that we strive to offer great customer service and we truly want our customers to be 100% satisfied, so if there is a problem, question or concern, please contact us and give us a chance to answer your question, or right any wrongs.
