The majority of the papers in this binder are free of charge for you to order from the state of Arizona and from the N.A.R.M. website. This binder was not created to make a profit, rather it was created to help the new student get organized. We are only charging for the cost of the supplies, printing and a small fee for the time it took to put it all together.
